Cherry-Port Wine Reduction
Our Cherry-Port Wine Reduction contains Concord grape juice and sour cherry juice from the River Drina orchards. We add six-year-old balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy. The ingredients are processed in classic Porto fermentation. All alcohol is removed by slow simmering. After we add our own herbal formula and vegetable stock bouillon, the essence is further reduced. Its subtle tartness complements any fish, pork or poultry.
Blackberry-Merlot Wine Reduction
When creating our Blackberry-Merlot Reduction, great care is being taken during selection of the wine and blackberries. After we remove all alcohol, herbs and vegetable stock are added. Reduced one last time, it is then bottled for your table. It has hints of rosemary and oregano. This flavor is ideal for robust meats - from tender, delicate filet mignon to densely flavored pheasant. An indespensable ingredient for the gourmet.

Tangerine-Zinfandel Wine Reduction
This reduction is a combination of white California Zinfandel wine and late harvest wine vinegar which has been naturally evaporated. We add Florida sugarcane juice. All alcohol is removed. Our unique process creates an unsurpassed intense flavor experience that cannot be duplicated by products flavored with concentrates or artificial ingredients. This vibrant sauce works especially well with poultry or perks up the day's catch. It can be easily added to complement desserts.
